Welcome to Surtec Studio (Private) Limited here in after known as “the Company”. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

The Company provides building design, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and quantity take-offs services. Specific details of the services provided will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Communicate in a timely manner to facilitate project progress.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly.

• Payments for services must be made through bank deposits or other approved payment methods.
• An initial deposit may be required before the commencement of work, as outlined in the project agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed.

The Company will make every effort to meet project timelines. However, delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or additional changes) may impact the project schedule and result in additional fees and/or delivery time extensions.

• The Company retains the rights to any preliminary designs and concepts unless specifically transferred in writing.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the client grants permission for Surtec Studio to use the designs and project details for promotional purposes.
• Final project deliverables become the property of the client once full payment has been received.

Revisions are allowed as specified in the project agreement. Additional modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and/or delivery time extensions.

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.

Both the Company and the client have the right to terminate the project for any reason. In such cases, payment for completed work must be made, and any deposit may be non-refundable based on the stage of the project.
